The apartment, home sweet home.
The view from our apartment.
Our living room.
Our car.
The mission office/church building, where we spend most of our time.
The price of gas in the Islands is $4.70!
It gets dark every day at the same time and it gets light every day at the same time.
Kids are out side all day.... I never hear a mother call for her children.....at 8:30 or 9:00 it is completely quite.
Sun glasses are a must. The sun is so bright.
I hear the ocean all night long.
We have been to two baptisms. We were able to go and be a part of the lesson for both of them and share our testimony
Amazing stories and testimonies.... I feel like I'm the one getting taught!
We are trying to keep up with the Elders they are amazing They are very patient with us. (because we are Old) What!!!!!
The people truly have the spirit and express their testimony with such ease. They love this gospel and I am humbled every day by their devotion to do what is right. Young women and men alone with out family support. They stand firm.
I miss my family and every time I look into brown eyes I think of my three grand sons. I miss the barking of the little ones.
Because of all your example, I can be strong....I may fall down a few times, but I can get up again.
So, I am not going to lie, I cried when I saw you in the pictures. The view is stunning! You look great. The apartment decor is sooo you! LOL However, I am thrilled to hear that you have already been able to participate in a baptism. You go girl!
