No, it wasn't a vacation trip. I traveled with a few of the Marshall Island locals to visit this wonderful place...
The Hawaii temple! This trip has been the highlight of the mission for me, seeing the children coming into the sealing room all in white and holding hands with their moms and dads. These wonderful people worked so hard and waited so long to get there. The little money they could give probably set them back for years. But so worth it.
My great friends Sharon and Lori met me there in Hawaii to help me care for all the kids while their parents spent more time in the temple.
Aren't these kids adorable!
We're working on making another trip happen with some more people. And I look forward to it!
